    Mobile pumping stations

    The mobile pumping station is designed to supply water from open reservoirs through an open or closed irrigation network to irrigated areas. The station is a unit consisting of a frame on which the engine, pump, suction and pressure pipelines, a suction pipeline lifting mechanism, a pump water filling system, a fuel tank, electrical equipment with an engine protection system are mounted. The operating modes (supply, pressure) are adjusted by opening or closing the valve by a certain value, which is controlled by the pressure gauge.

    These are single-stage horizontal fecal pumps with double-sided inlet. The pumps have a closed impeller with double-sided inlet and are screwed onto the shaft with a thread. The sealing rings protect the pump housing and cover from wear. They also reduce the leakage of the pumped medium from the pump pressure cavity into the suction cavity. Pumped liquid: temperature up to +85C, density not more than 1050kg3/m, maximum mass concentration of solids not more than 2%, maximum size of solids not more than 5mm, microhardness not more than 6.5 (650) GPa (kg3/h), hydrogen index 6.0-.

    KFB console pumps

    KFS pumping units are fecal centrifugal pumps of horizontal design. These are single-stage console pumps with a one-way inlet impeller. KFS pumps are fecal pumps and are intended for pumping fecal water and sewage waste. The pump has a stuffing box (end on order). KFS pumps are designed for pumping wastewater and fecal liquids with a pH of 6 to 8.5, a density of up to 1050 kg/m3, a temperature of up to +85 C, a maximum mass concentration of solid particles of no more than 2% and a size of solid particles of no more than 5 mm.

    Axial pumps of type "O" - in the plant's product range are represented by recirculators, which are designed to supply large volumes of clean or slightly contaminated liquids with low pressures with a temperature of 85 ° C, for example, for recirculation of first saturation juice in sugar factories. Due to the reversibility effect of axial pumps, recirculators can be used as a turbine in a mini-hydroelectric power plant to generate electricity in an environmentally friendly way, using the energy of moving water (plain and mountain rivers, water supply and sewage networks with excess pressure).
