PRODUCT
Double-entry centrifugal pumps D,1D
Pumps and units are designed for pumping water and other liquids. Applications: water supply, heat supply, drainage, field irrigation, power generation, mining and processing. Options: pump, base plate pump without motor, unit (base plate pump with motor).
Mobile pumping stations
The mobile pumping station is designed to supply water from open water bodies through an open or closed irrigation network to irrigated areas. The station is a unit consisting of a frame on which the engine, pump, suction and pressure pipelines, suction pipeline lifting mechanism, pump water filling system, fuel tank, electrical equipment with engine protection system are mounted. Regulation of the operating modes (flow, pressure) is carried out by opening or closing the valve by a certain value, which is controlled by the pressure gauge.
Double-entry pumps NDF and DF
These are single-stage horizontal double-suction faecal pumps. The pumps feature a closed impeller with double-sided inlet and are screwed onto a threaded shaft. O-rings protect the pump casing and cover from wear and tear. They also reduce leakage of the pumped medium from the pump discharge cavity into the suction cavity. Pumped liquid: temperature up to +85°C, density no more than 1050 kg3/m, maximum mass concentration of solids no more than 2%, maximum size of solids no more than 5mm, microhardness no more than 6.5 (650) GPa (kg3/h), hydrogen pH 6.0-8.6.
KFS console pumps
Fecal cantilever pumps of KFS type and units based on them are designed for pumping wastewater and other contaminated liquids with a hydrogen pH of 6.0-8.5, kinematic viscosity not exceeding 1-10-6 m2/s, density not exceeding 1050 kg/m3, temperature not exceeding 358 K (85 °C), with abrasive particles content by volume not exceeding 1%, size not exceeding 5 mm and microhardness not exceeding 6.5 GPa (650 kg/mm²).
Axial pumps
Axial pumps of type "O" - in the plant's product range are represented by recirculators, which are designed to supply large volumes of clean or slightly contaminated liquids with low pressures with a temperature of 85 ° C, for example, for recirculation of first saturation juice in sugar factories. Due to the reversibility effect of axial pumps, recirculators can be used as a turbine in a mini-hydroelectric power plant to generate electricity in an environmentally friendly way, using the energy of moving water (plain and mountain rivers, water supply and sewage networks with excess pressure).
Rotary pumps RN
Rotary pumps of the PH type are designed for supplying sugar factories with molasses, refining mass, molasses, semi-dry defecate without abrasive impurities, as well as other media with a kinematic viscosity of no more than 75 cm/sec2. The temperature of the pumped media should not exceed +80°C. The pump and the unit are manufactured in the climatic version UHL for operation in premises of placement category 4 according to GOST 15150. Options of delivery: pump, unit (pump on a frame with motor and gearbox).
Pumps 300d70 200d90
The horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump has a two-way liquid inlet and is designed for pumping water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical parameters. The viscosity of the transported liquid should not exceed 36*10-6 m2/s, and its maximum temperature should not exceed 85 °C. The mass fraction of solid particles in the working fluid should not exceed 0.05% of the total volume. The pumps are used at stations for rural, industrial and municipal purposes, and can also be used for pumping petroleum products.
Reagent dispensing unit for BDD
The BDD reagent dosing unit is used to prepare and dose demulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors into the pipeline of the oil transportation and treatment system. The unit is used at oil and gas production enterprises, utilities, etc. The box doors are made in an anti-vandal design.
Steam piston pumps PDV/PDG
Steam piston pumps are designed for operation on both saturated and superheated steam with temperature up to 573 K (up to 300 °C) in stationary and transport conditions for pumping oil and oil products, liquefied carbon gases, fresh and sea water and other liquids similar to the above in terms of density, viscosity and chemical activity with temperature up to 673 K (up to 400 °C) depending on the pump version.
Pumps and unitstriple plunger crank P and T
PT and T triple-plunger crank pumps are designed for pumping neutral and aggressive liquids, neutral to the materials of the hydraulic part with a kinematic viscosity not exceeding 800 mm2/s (8 St) and a temperature, depending on the version, from 233 K to 400 K (-30 to + 200 °C). The content of solid non-abrasive particles in the pumped liquid is allowed to be no more than 0.2 % by weight, and the size is allowed to be no more than 0.2 mm. The pumps and units are used in industries requiring high pressures, including explosion and fire hazardous ones (for example, hydraulic cleaning of process equipment). They are also used as feed pumps for mobile and steam generating units.
Pumps and units dosing plunger ND
Plunger dosing pumps and units are designed for volumetric pressure dosing of neutral and aggressive liquids, emulsions and suspensions with a kinematic viscosity from 8.5x10-⁷ to 8x10-⁴ m2/s (from 0.0085 to 8 St) with a temperature from 258K to 473K (from -15 to +150 °C), with a concentration of solid non-abrasive phase not exceeding 10% by weight with a maximum particle density of up to 2000 kg/m3, with a grain size of the solid non-abrasive phase not exceeding 1% of the diameter of the nominal passage of the inlet pipe.
Membrane dosing units NDM
The membrane dosing unit NDM is designed for controlled feeding of hazardous or aggressive liquids, emulsions and suspensions with a kinematic viscosity from 8.5-10-⁷ to 8, 0-10-⁴ m2/s (from 0.0085 to 8 cm2/s), with a temperature from 233 to 353 K (from -40 to +80°C), with a concentration of solid non-abrasive phase not exceeding 10% by weight, with a maximum particle density of up to 1400 kg/m3.
Electric piston pump units AN type
Electric piston pump units of AN type are designed for pumping water (except for drinking and sea water) and neutral liquids with kinematic viscosity from 0.008x10-⁴ to 8x10-⁴ m2/s and temperature from 258 K to 353 K (-15 to +80 °С). The units can be supplied in a version for pumping liquids with a temperature of up to 378 K (105 °C), which is specified at the time of ordering. The maximum volume concentration of solid non-abrasive particles in the pumped medium is 0.2%, the maximum particle size is 0.2 mm. The units are used in power supply and water treatment systems of low-power boiler units.
Electric pump unit centrifugal vertical ANV 50/50
The vertical centrifugal electric pump unit ANV 50/50 is designed for pumping a mixture of water and oil products from underground drainage tanks with solid inclusions, the maximum volume concentration of which does not exceed 1.5%, at temperatures from 258K to 353K (from -15 to +80°C), with a density of 1000 kg/m3, and a kinematic viscosity of up to 30x10-⁶ m2/c. The units are manufactured in a general industrial version with a gland packing seal, and in the version for explosive and fire hazardous industries with a mechanical seal.

The manual slide gate pump NRSh25/5 is designed for pumping water and aqueous solutions and is a double-plate pump with moving elements in the form of a rotor that performs rotational movement and inserted plates (gates) that perform reciprocating movement.
Manual piston pump RPN 0.8/30
he manual piston pump RPN 0.8/30 is designed for pumping fresh water from wells and tanks with mechanical impurities up to 0.1 mm in size, mass concentration not exceeding 0.3% and temperature up to 343 K (70 °C).
Hydrotreating plant type UN, UPG
UN, UPG and UPGD installations are designed for hydrocleaning of sewer and other pipelines with a diameter of 80 to 600 mm, as well as external and internal surfaces of various technological and other equipment, mechanisms, buildings, structures and other objects.The UPG installation consists of a triple plunger pump, an electric motor and a hose reel mounted on a mobile cart. The installation is supplied with a set of replaceable flushing heads, and at the customer's request, a water gun for cleaning the internal and external surfaces of products.The UPGD installation, unlike the UPG, is driven by a diesel engine. The installation can be mounted on a car or tractor trailer, and also has a water tank.
